"Diane Zontini is a candidate of the highest quality," said Michigan Chamber President and CEO James Barrett. "She is pro-business, pro-jobs and pro-taxpayer. Her position on the issues, her deep commitment to helping the people in the district and her business experience will make her a great State Representative."

Zontini is challenging the incumbent State Representative who is seeking re-election but only scored a 17% on the Michigan Chamber's Job Providers Index.

The 31st House District includes the cities of Mt. Clemens and Fraser and the southern two-thirds of Clinton Township in Macomb County.

"Job creators here and across the state look to the Michigan Chamber as a leading voice on business issues," said Diane Zontini. "I am pleased to receive their endorsement and their confidence."

The Michigan Chamber of Commerce represents approximately 7,000 businesses, local chambers of commerce, and trade associations. With members of every size and type in all 83 Michigan counties, the Michigan Chamber represents a broad cross-section of the state's economy.
